Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Care supplies such as adult diapers and commode chairs are sent in plain packaging.

How do I know which glucose test strips to buy?
Test strips must match your glucometer. Check the meter model and message us if you are unsure.

Which walking aid is right for me?
A walking stick gives light support; a walking frame gives more. Your doctor or physiotherapist can advise which suits you.

Can you give medical advice?
No. We can help you compare products, but questions about readings, treatment or medicines should go to your doctor, nurse or pharmacist. Always read the instructions that come with your equipment.
